Investing in the New Normal

The book behind the web page is Investing in the New Normal: Beyond the Keynesian Endpoint. It employs the common-law paradigm as developed in Common-Law Conservatism and Common Law & Natural Rights to develop an effective and up-to-date investment strategy. The cornerstone is common-law economics, which integrates economics, law, and sovereignty in a way which enables one to understand how modern economies really function. It applies this knowledge to the contemporary situation of maxed-out First World economies -- the Keynesian Endpoint -- and points to the opportunity promised by emerging markets. Investing in the New Normal breaks with received wisdom by taking into account the institutions of the legal system, something which economic science has had a hard time facing up to. These institutions of common law, such as adjudicatory sovereignty, the citizen ideal, property rights, and freedom of contract, form the backbone of common-law economics and Investing in the New Normal.
